Where are manufactured the ÔSingulier(S)’ shoes?
The shoes sold under the brand ÔSingulier(S) are exclusively manufactured in Portugal in Porto's area by our artisans carefully selected.
All our leathers come from Italy.
What should be the cost of my shoes?
The final cost may vary slightly depending of the raw material selected of the customisation level chosen.
What elements can justify the variation of the costs?
ÔSingulier(S) offer a range of materials and colours. Regarding the complexity of the model and the level of customisation, the final cost can change.
What is the difference between the classic lace and the iron-tipping lace?
For the iron-tipping laces, we work with the French Brand Perrin Morel. All laces are handmade in France.
Available in 8 colors, the lace is hand finished with the installation of a elegant ferret brass.
I don’t manage to create a model:
Click on the upper menu "Create my shoes". Then select a model to customize on the left hand side or a shoes in the gallery (loafer, Derby or Oxford). Change the materials and its colours. If you want, you even can engrave the upper of your shoes or its sole with your initials, your name, a short sentence, a drawing from our gallery or your own drawing. Validate your creation and create your account in order to achieve your purchase order.
How to choose my future pair of shoes?
You can browse on our gallery, where yet created models are exposed. This is a great source of inspiration. You can look at our blog too in order to discover the current fashion tendencies.
The size of my feet is 14. Have you got a pair of shoes for me?
All our models are available from 5 to 15.

I do not know my size. How to be sure that the shoes will fit ?
Do not worry! ÔSingulier(S) has created a guide to help you to pick the right size.
A little piece of advice: consider in general about 1 size less than the size you pick for your trainers.
What can I do if I don’t received my parcel?
On the tracking parcel website, if the status of the shipping is set to “delivered” but you didn’t received anything, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or using our contact form . If the delivery of your shoes is late and if we didn’t contacted you in order to warm you, please contact us too.
May I cancel of modify my order?
Your pair of shoes is a customized one and manufactured just for you. As a results, we are afraid that it is not possible to cancel or modify a purchase order yet placed.
May I return of exchange my pair of shoes?
ÔSingulier(S) take care of your satisfactory.
If your shoes do not fit, ÔSingulier(S) remanufactured free your shoes in a different size.

How many time should I wait, after the purchase order, to get my shoes?
Your shoes should be delivered direct to your door under 4 to 6 weeks. We can click here to look at our shipping terms.

What can I do if my shoes has a defect?
What can I do to preserve my shoes?
First of all, think to waterproof your shoes: this should protect it from spots and avoid premature degradations.
You can add a slip sole to your shoes to protect your leather sole and to avoid to slip on a raining day.
For leathers: clean with a damp sponge or cleansing milk. Feeding with a moisturizer and apply polish. Waterproof.
For Nobuck: clean with a brush or crepe gum suede. Feeding and recolor with a color renovator (colorless or the color of your shoe). Waterproof.
How to refer a friend?
This is quite simple.
Please ask your relatives or friends when they order their shoes to write your name in the comment order field.

Can I engrave my drawing on my shoes?
On top of the drawing offered by ÔSingulier(S), you can engrave on the shoes your own drawing. In order to do that, in the configurator, you have the option to upload your image. Try as much as you can, to send us a black and white drawing (the black being the part that will be engraved). In case of doubt, we will contact you to clarify your requirements. We might ask you additional fees for the engrave of your drawing depending on the complexity.
We can refused a drawing if it break the intellectual property rules.
Once the drawing is approved, you will receive an email of confirmation, then you can finish your order using the page "my designs" on your account.
Can I order multiple similar models for my company or for a special occasion (i.e: wedding, birthday...)?
From 3 similar models, please contact us using our contact form to see what we can offer you.
I want to order multiple paires of shoes, do I get a discount?
For two pairs of shoes purchased, you receive 10% discount.
For three pairs of shoes purchased, you receive 15% discount.
to buy four pairs of shoes and more, you receive 20% discount.
